Returns

7 days only for a return after initial purchase. If a return is needed, please contact email: JPatterson@thefrequentartist.com for response within 24 hours. The process for the return will take 5- 10 business days according to the service based on your transaction.

For PayPal: If you used a bank account or your PayPal balance, your refund could take 3 to 5 business days. If you used a credit or debit card, refunds could take a bit longer- a few weeks (based on rules of PayPal). Purchases made with a bank or PayPal balance are refunded directly to your PayPal account. If paying with credit card or debit card, the money is simply credited to your card.

For Stripe: Stripe submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer's bank account.

For PrintSpace: all sales are integrated with The Frequent Artist site for print on demand option so returns will conducted with them through their email: info@theprintspace.com. For more information

 Exchanges

In regards to exchanging paintings, please contact me at JPatterson@thefrequentartist.com within24 hours for the problem to be resolved quickly. From there everything can be resolved including pricing.

For prints, the company that is integrated with The Frequent Artist site is titled The PrintSpace (http://www.theprintspace.com). For exchanges or any questions regarding your order unfortunately once an order is placed online there are no options to change or cancel that order online in creativehub, but don’t worry, you still may be able to cancel the order.

If you want to cancel you can let Printspace know within 1 hour of placing your online order, we will be able to cancel, update or refund your order.

Please call, email or instant message us as soon as possible providing your creativehub order reference and there should be no charge unless it has already been printed.
